Professional Development

Training and professional development is a competitive advantage firms utilize to enhance their success and grow their business; however, not all firms have the ability to maintain in house Corporate Learning Departments or send employees to intensive multi day seminars. At the McLean County Chamber of Commerce we look to fill the need of our business community by providing relevant, insightful training opportunities to our members in a manner that suits your schedule and provides the elements you need. McLean County Journal of Business-This publication features articles written by local business professionals providing relevant, knowledgeable information to utilize in making your business more successful.

Brown Bag Lunch Training- Brown Bag Lunch Training is a training or series of training sessions designed to provide the participant a brief introduction into the selected topic.

Non Chamber Training- The McLean County Chamber of Commerce works with member firms who wish to provide a certain training module to their employees and open the training to other Chamber members to help cost share and make the training more accessible to others.
