Issues and Answers - Town of NormalThe Regular Meetings of the Council are held on the first and third Mondays of each month of the year at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Any regular meeting falling upon a legal holiday is held on the next day that is not a holiday. The Chamber of Commerce highly suggests our members to attend any council meeting they feel is relevant to their business.
