In 2012, the Chamber will have a number of opportunities for members to advertise your goods and services to your fellow Chamber members. 

 

Monday Morning Coffee
This weekly calendar-of-events email blast is a popular choice among Chamber advertisers. Monday Morning Coffee currently goes out to the email addresses of more than 2,000 McLean County Chamber of Commerce members and representatives. Exclusive sponsorships cost $100 per week or $300 for four consecutive weeks. For that, you receive space for a graphic ad (200 pixels high x 400 pixels wide), up to 100 characters of additional typed information and a URL link to the address of your choice.

 

There are a finite number of Monday Morning Coffee sponsorships available, so if you’d like to promote your business, or have a special or upcoming event you’d like to put before your fellow Chamber members, and have specific dates in mind, please contact Mike Palmer, Chamber Marketing and Brand Manager, at 309-829-6344 or mike@mcleancochamber.org.     

 

Climate
The award-winning McLean County Chamber of Commerce quarterly newsletter comes out the first week in April, July and October, with the January edition reserved for the Chamber’s Annual Report. One copy will be distributed to each member business and organization and each edition will be available as a pdf download for one year on the McLean County Chamber of Commerce web site. You can view the lastest edition and the archive by clicking here. 

 

In April 2011 we began offering Climate as an advertising option for Chamber members. With limited ad space available, the 2011 editions all sold out quickly.

 

The newsletter pages are 8.5” x 11”. Ad dimensions are based on a print area of 8” x 10.5” and are below:
•         1/8 page ($200) – 4” w x 2.625h”
•         1/4 page ($300) – 4”h x 5.25”w, or 8”w x 2.625”h
•         1/3 page ($365) – 5.25”w x 5.25”h, 8”w x 3.5”h or 2.6”w x 10.5”h
•         Half Page ($500) – 8”w x 5.25”h

Web Site
There are a number of ways in which Chamber members may enhance their presence on the McLean County Chamber of Commerce web site.  Including:

  • Limited featured business positions in each category of the Online Business Directory (first-come, first-serve)
  • Exclusive online sponsorships on the main Online Business Directory
  • Limited opportunities for banner visibility on high traffic pages of the Chamber site
  • Upgrading your business listing for a more professional first impression
  • Adding your logo and a more visible web link to your listing
