Joyful U’s programs in Mindful Living with Purpose & Resilience

boost wellness, productivity, & creativity

Champaign, IL - For too many people stress, struggle, and unhappiness fill their days – and sometimes their nights. Work and home life feels unproductive and uncreative.

Joyful U, a non-profit organization based in Champaign, is offering free workshops and weekend-long retreats this Fall to help those wanting to leave life’s bumpy ride behind and find the energy, direction, and confidence needed to step onto a new path of happiness and success.

Joyful U will offer four free 1.5 hour introductory workshops, two each in Bloomington-Normal and Champaign-Urbana. The workshops will be followed by two 3-day retreat weekends in October and November in Hudson, Illinois (just north of Bloomington-Normal) for those wanting to learn how to live with purpose, mindfulness, and resilience, reduce stress and unhappiness, and increase creativity and productivity.
