The Employee Development Unlimited Conference is a team effort between the McLean County Chamber of Commerce and the Central Illinois Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (CIC-ASTD). This full day event explores approaches to promoting employee learning, while providing specific learning opportunities for both supervisors and staff.
At the Chamber, we know that many businesses face hard choices in ensuring their employees' continued professional development; therefore, the concept of a one-day EDUCate Conference was developed.
