Confidential On-Site Paper Shredding (COPS) has completed their 2009 totals and discovered they shredded and recycled nearly 5 million pounds of paper!

The Normal CornBelters recently signed Bloomington, IL native and former Tri-Valley high school standout, outfielder Jack Mikel. The CornBelters will play the first home game of their inaugural season at the Corn Crib on Tuesday, June 1 at 7 p.m. versus the Windy City Thunderbolts.

Advocate BroMenn Medical Center’s “Art in the Atrium” exhibit will feature the work of Bloomington watercolor artist Jackie Brigham, beginning March 1. Nineteen paintings will be on display in the three levels of the hospital’s Atrium through the end of April.
