Application for Active Women’s Division Members
Women’s
Division of the McLean County Chamber of Commerce has established one
scholarship in the amount of $500 toward the cost of tuition for

award is intended for an active member of Women’s Division.

apply only if your employer will not cover the cost of the
program.

Applicants
will be evaluated on level of activity within Women’s Division.

Applicants
will be evaluated on the official
1. How many years have you been a member
of Women’s Division?
2. In the past twelve months, how many Women’s Division meetings have you attended?
3. In
the last five years, have you actively served on Women’s Division committees
and/or participated in special events?
If so, list when and in what capacity you served.
4. In the last five years, have you actively served as an
active Women’s Division Board member? If
so, list the year and the position you held.
5. Attach
a typed sheet, 500 words or less, telling us what you hope to gain from
