The Equity Connection
Co-Chaired by Dr. Kate Browne and Vanessa Campos
Mission: Committing to building a fair and fulfilling workplace by embodying Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) values and supporting businesses, their employees, and our community.
Membership: The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Resource Group is comprised of members of the McLean County Chamber of Commerce. All are welcome.
Attendance: Members are encouraged to attend regularly and to engage within the group.
Meetings: The Equity Connection Resource Group will meet the second Monday of every month from 12-1 pm at the Chamber office, with a Zoom option for accessibility.
Guests: Non-members are welcome at meetings when accompanied by an Equity Connection member.
