We are continuously searching for BNYP members who want to become more involved within our organization.  Each committee is vital to the overall success of our group and requires time and dedication.   • Assist with developing a promotional video
  • Help promote events through social media
  • Assist with website design and layouts
  • Develop materials to be sent out to our membership
  • Construct the quarterly newsletter which consists of 6-8 different topics
  • Oversee the networking bags
  • Support any other needs from the Marketing Chair



  • Brainstorm methods to increase membership
  • Assist with engaging current members to participant in events
  • Deliver new member packets and personally welcome new members
  • Help welcome members and guests at our general membership meetings
  • Support any other needs from the Membership Chair



  • Coordinate schedule of speakers
  • Contact potential speakers
  • Develop speaking topics that feature current industry trends
  • Help create speaker bio’s for each meeting
  • Support any other needs from the Program Chair



  • Help plan service events which is between 4-6 per year
  • Assist with the coordination of the BNYP branded service event which is held in October
  • Contact each service event to finalize all details
  • Oversee sign up for each event
  • Assist on-site with events as needed to welcome members
  • Support any other needs from the Service Chair



  • Assist in the development of monthly happy hours / coffee hours
  • Attend happy hours / coffee hours as needed to welcome members
  • Organize 3-5 socials events per year
  • Brainstorm creative ways to engage members to attend events
  • Support any other needs from the Social Chair
