Bloomington, IL — The McLean County Chamber of Commerce issued the following statement regarding the April 1st Consolidated Election results in Bloomington-Normal:

We want to congratulate all the candidates in McLean County who voters chose to represent them in local government yesterday. We especially want to congratulate Dan Brady on his victory to be the next Mayor of Bloomington and Normal Mayor Chris Koos on his re-election. The Chamber looks forward to working with both of them and the newly elected or reelected council members to advance pro-business, pro-growth policy in Bloomington-Normal. Whether it’s bolstering the housing supply, advancing community development, or creating a competitive business environment there is no shortage of opportunities to work together for a better community.
