Kobe Revolving Sushi is the first revolving sushi restaurant in Central Illinois, offering a dining experience previously found only in major metropolitan areas. Using a modern conveyor-belt delivery system and fresh, chef-prepared sushi, Kobe blends efficiency, quality, and entertainment in a way that has quickly made it a regional destination. 

Prior to Kobe’s opening, the nearest similar concept was in the Chicago suburbs—filling a major gap in Bloomington–Normal as well as surrounding markets such as Peoria, Champaign, and Springfield. By introducing this innovative concept, the founders have expanded local dining options and brought a new cultural experience to the community.
