“Express Employment Professionals was honored to take part in the McLean County Job Fair,” said Andrae Rimmer, Branch Manager of Express Employment Professionals in Bloomington, IL. “Events like this are essential to building strong community connections and supporting workforce development in our region. We were especially excited to offer resume reviews and speak with attendees about opportunities and career support.”
The Chamber’s Spring Job Fair served not only as a bridge between talent and opportunity but also as a testament to the strength and growth of McLean County’s workforce. With such a strong response from both employers and job seekers, the Chamber looks ahead with optimism and is planning to host another Job Fair this Fall—continuing its commitment to empowering individuals and enriching the local economy.
In addition to connecting with employers, attendees also had access to free professional development services. Express Employment Professionals provided personalized resume reviews, PrideStaff led mock interviews to help candidates sharpen their presentation skills, and Mazter Mindz Media offered professional headshots—giving job seekers a competitive edge in the hiring process.
