These awards shine a light on individuals, businesses, and organizations that demonstrate excellence, leadership, and a lasting impact in McLean County. Business Excellence Awards
The Micro Business Excellence Award is presented to a solopreneur or member business that has achieved outstanding business performance by providing quality personalized service to customers and clients and business distinctiveness with 5 employees or less.

The ATHENA Leadership® Award recognizes a man or woman for professional excellence, community service and for actively assisting women in their attainment of professional excellence and leadership skills.
Agriculture Awards
Nominations will be accepted until
September 28, 2026.
Recognizes a person who has helped to advance the knowledge and practice of soil and water conservation. This award is considered by the McLean County Soil and Water Conservation District.
