New Chamber Website and Member Info Hub Launch!

We are excited to announce the launch of our new Chamber website and member Info Hub. Today we ask that you create your new Info Hub account, become familiar with it and re-add membership autopayments. To help you get started, watch the 90 second video below walking you through the steps to creating your account, updating your Directory listing, and adding your payment method. Please note with the new Info Hub, you will be required to re-add any saved payment profiles – this includes monthly members who need to re-add autopayments by May 30th.

  • If you were a Primary contact in our old system, you will have Primary access level to fully control your organization’s Info Hub including adding organizational payment methods and the ability to pay invoices.
  • If you were a Billing contact in our old system you remain our billing contact for sending invoices, but will only have Standard access level to the Info Hub at this time. By May 16th all billing contacts will be transitioned to a Billing access level to be able to manage the organizational payment methods and the ability to pay invoices. If you would like immediate Billing access level please e-mail shelleyorr@mcleancochamber.org.
  • If you were a Standard contact in our old system you will have Standard access level on a permanent basis unless the Primary contact requests otherwise.

Quick Step-by-step guide:

  1. Create your account login here.*Use the email associated with your membership.
  2. Upon creating your account, you will be sent a link via email to complete the process.
  3. Click the link in your email and set your password.
  4. Login to the The Info Hub and sign in with your new credentials.
  5. Inside the Info Hub, click 'My Info' to update your Directory listing.
  6. Click 'My Billing Info' to add your payment method.

Once you've completed these steps, we encourage you to explore the Info Hub and check out the many features and benefits to enhance your membership. 

  • My Info: Update your directory information.
  • My Billing Info: View and manage your payment information.
  • My Directory Listing(s): Maintain your contact information for the member and public directories.
  • My Subscriptions: View and manage your subscriptions to email lists and newsletter.
  • Events: See upcoming events and register to attend or choose a sponsorship opportunity.
  • Member Directory: View all members.
  • Resources: Gain access to key sites, documents and other member-only information.
  • Member News: Submit news releases to share with members and/or the public.
  • Member Discounts: Add online coupons and take advantage of deals offered by other members.
