Room Rental Fees
Chamber Membership provides you with the most competitive, convenient, benefit inclusive room rentals in McLean County. Remember that Members of Distinction receive four hours free annually that can be taken in two hour increments for any space. Pick which option works best for you and either call the office at (309) 829-6344 or send an e-mail to Shelley Orr at shelleyorr@mcleancochamber.org to get your reservation booked.
Board Room
Availability: Monday- Friday, 8:30am to 4:15pm
$25 per hour or $150 per day (8 hours) – a $50 savings!
- Seats 10 at the board table and 15 in the room
- Room fee includes complimentary coffee, soda, pens, folders, and notepads
- A/V capabilities include a computer with a TV screen that it projects to or you can project from your own laptop wirelessly if it is equipped with Miracast or HDMI
Bob & Julie Dobski Training Room
Availability: Monday- Friday, 8:30am to 4:15pm
$35 per hour or $200 per day (8 hours) – a $80 savings!
- Seats 32 classroom style, pods of 4, or 24 in U-shape
- Room fee includes complimentary coffee, soda, pens, folders, and notepads
- A/V capabilities include a computer with a projector screen or you can project from your own laptop wirelessly if it is equipped with Miracast

Monthly Passes:
- Individual Pass – $125 per month (Free Conference Room Reservations for Pass Members*)
- Group Pass (15 individuals) – $325 per month (Free Conference Room Reservations for Pass Members*)
Day Passes:
- Individual Day Pass – $20 per day
- Group Day Pass (15 individuals) - $60 per day
Conference Room Rental*
- Individal Rental (hourly) - $35 for first hour + $15 per hour over 1 hour
- Individual Rental (all day) - $80.00
- Group Rental (hourly) - $75 for first hour + $15 per hour over 1 hour
- Group Rental (all day) - $150.00

- Room fee includes complimentary coffee/soda at the Chamber during business hours
- Technology access includes complimentary use of printer-copier with scan capabilities
- Conference room that seats 8 is first-come, first-served unless reserved
