We sit down with Billy Tyas, City of Bloomington Deputy City Manager and Leslie Yocum, City of Bloomington City Clerk to discuss the new City Services Hub (or "The Hub") on Thursday, May 20th at 10:00 am.
The Hub will be a centralized location where citizens and business owners can access several different City departments at once. Staff from the following departments will be available in-person and virtually (phone, email, website and applications): City Clerk, Economic & Community Development, Legal, Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts, and Public Works, as well as Cashiers. The Team will be fully cross-trained, so any Hub member can assist with questions or requests for information.
